I understand that if I purchase tracking, I will be sent a tracking number and link by email when my parcel is shipped and I will use that link to track my package.
I understand that if my parcel is delayed/misplaced for any reason (customs, etc.) and I have purchased a tracking number, I will wait for 30 days from the date of shipment before contacting LQ Toronto. LQ Toronto will then file for a refund on my behalf from Canada Post.
