Verb conjugation Sheets help?

I have trouble with some verb conjugation sheet,

If someone can post or put on scribed a copy of some critical and hard verbs I would appreciate it. Baraka Allahu feekum.

I specifically have trouble with verb (form IV): Aataa
آتَى

Perhaps I should study harder. But like noon comes and goes some rules do that to me, they go in one ear and out the other; but it always returns with a kind reminder.

I also went back to book two to go over naqis verb conjugation 28. I must say go over the video again, the key and the lesson, I know better what to do in conjugating and it is very well explained mashAllah. because of this I am going to revise book 2 at this point instead of finishing book 3 lesson 18. I found out that I haven't practiced enough to know it completely well.
